Your employment contract will be with either Oyster or our trusted Local Employer in the country where you live. Your employment contract will be governed by that country's laws.

Oyster will then have a service agreement that contractually connects you with your Company. For example, if you are working with a US business, but you live in Portugal, you will have a Portuguese employment contract with Oyster or our local Portuguese partner, and Oyster has a separate agreement with your Company.
