If you decide to offer health insurance through Oyster, you must provide this coverage to all your team members (on Oyster) within that region. You cannot pick and choose who receives health insurance and who does not. This helps avoid bias towards high-usage users and to keep costs down for everyone.

All team members within a particular region must be on the same coverage level (e.g. Basic or Premium). You cannot pick and choose who gets basic or premium coverage within the region, for the same reason as above.

If you would prefer to select individual team members to be covered, you can use the self pay option. This requires the individual team member to sign up.
